We believe that health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. We strive to promote holistic health and wellness through our services and education programs. We aim to empower individuals to take control of their physical and mental health through fitness training programs and applied science education on the multi-disciplinary science of running impact and benefit.

Our approach is to deliver online running training programs to get people running today and to keep them running for a lifetime. Training programs include mental resilience training, the science and neurobiology of running and aging, and strategies to be a runner for life.

We utilize evidence from several disciplines, including: exercise physiology, sports psychology, positive psychology, resiliency theory, motivation theory, neurophysiology, and the science of aging. We utilize measures to evaluate self-esteem, self-efficacy, empowerment, fulfilment, anxiety, depression, memory, and executive function to capture, illustrate, and educate on the vast benefits of running.
We measure baseline physical and mental health indicators, as well as markers for executive function and aging and tailor training and education programs that maximize the physical/ mental and neurological health benefits of running for each individual, pushing them closer to their highest self.
Current and future training programs include in-depth education on how to run, keep running, and stay healthy. Also, expanded education includes running physiology and the short, and long-term benefits/transformations to be expected from running; on resiliency and mental strengthening to build better coping skills; and on the neuro-modulatory effects of exercise and how to mitigate the negative effects of aging.
Our training programs currently focus on total beginners who have never run. Our primary outcome measure is to expand the running population and track the physical and mental transformations that take place. We have a 4 week course to get you running and a 12 week course to eliminate your limiting beliefs, transform your mindset, and change your approach to living.... and to keep you running!
